In 1997, Service First Realty, Inc. was created as the marketing arm for a family real estate development business, with emphasis on providing the highest possible customer service. We have since decided to expand our services to the general public by providing the same attention to detail as we did while servicing the family enterprise. Service First Realty, Inc. is a full service real estate office with operations in both the commercial market and the residential field. We offer regional market expertise and comprehensive services to clients, investors, and businesses. Founder, Lynn A. Bowman, is a native of Georgia, with roots dating back to 1818, when his Great-Great Grandfather settled an area along the Hall and Gwinnett county line. A two story log cabin was built by John Bowman with the aid of three Cherokee Indians which served as the home and heart of a self-sufficient plantation. This structure has been moved twice, first serving as an attraction at the Lanier History Museum, and second to another family tract where it has now been restored to its original state and remains in the Bowman family.
